Iedere verbouwing begint met een idee – maar zonder vergunning geen enkele steen. Sherwin Zandwijken, teamleider bij de ODRA, begeleidt het Bio Vakantieoord door de wereld van regelgeving en procedures. Met een scherp oog voor detail, maar altijd met het grotere doel voor ogen: ruimte maken voor gezinnen die dat het hardst nodig hebben.
